From Friday through Monday, young school leavers thronged the LCDA Secretariat in their hundreds, hopeful and eager. Parents stood by with gratitude in their eyes, and for once, they saw a process that was open, fair, and honest. “This is the first time I’ve seen government treat us with such respect,” said a smiling student.
