Hon. Ogbara praised the community for electing Hon. “I am confident that under her leadership, Agboyi-Ketu will witness policies and programs that are thoughtful, inclusive, and transformative. She understands the people because she walks with them. She feels their needs because she has lived among them. And now, she will lead with vision, empathy, and strength,” Hon. Ogbara said.
As Chairman of the House Committee on Women Affairs, Hon. Ogbara also highlighted the symbolic importance of Hon. Adetola’s victory in further breaking ceilings for women in leadership.
“This victory reaffirms that gender is no barrier to good governance. It reminds our daughters that integrity and competence will always find their place. Adetola’s emergence is a light to other women aspiring to lead with purpose and principle.”
Addressing the constituents directly, Hon. Ogbara reassured residents of her continued collaboration with the new Chairman, promising synergy between federal and local structures to deliver the dividends of democracy.
“I urge every resident of Agboyi-Ketu to support the new administration, because governance is a collective responsibility. Together, we will work to create a thriving environment where every citizen can prosper — regardless of background or status.”
